I live in Italy, in the northwestern region called Piedmont. Tollegno, my hometown is a small town close to the mountains. Departing from here in less than two hours you can ski in winter and walk in spring and summer or climb Monte Bianco (Mont Blanc 4810m the highest peak in Europe) and Monte Rosa with more than 5 peaks over 4000m. There are a lot of things to do. I have some images of the neighbouring mountains in my gallery called "close to me" (coming soon).

This year I'm starting to compile some photographic shows of Alaska and Yellowstone for local associations and this takes up a lot of time and effort to make it work, but I love it. My next challenge will be a photographic display in my town, in 2010, I'm just sorting all images.
I started with Nikon but now my preferred camera is a Canon, it does't matter what equipment you use, only your eyes and your creativity make the difference. I take pictures of the things I love, I think this is the only way to do it.
